As part of your Communities Mental Health & Wellbeing funding agreement you are required to evaluate the impact of your project.
We want to support groups to be creative with their evaluation and would like to offer a 1 hour workshop to discuss various evaluation tips and tricks.
The first evaluation is due by Friday the 15th of September and can be completed online using the following link https://www.cognitoforms.com/EDVA1/Year2CMHWBF6MonthEvaluation. We recommend familiarising yourself with what’s required as early into your project as possible.
