INVESTING IN COMMUNITIES FUND (ICF) ROUND 2

This is to let you know that Round 2 of the Investing in Communities Fund (ICF) opened for applications on Tuesday 31st of May 2022. 

 The ICF is a community focussed fund supporting organisations based in the places they serve delivering activity across all four of the following areas for action:

·         Tackling poverty and inequality, including child poverty

·         Developing and sustaining place-based approaches

·         Community-led regeneration

·         Ensuring a just transition to net zero

To apply, organisations must be one of the following:

·         Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) regulated by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator

·         Charity that is also registered with Companies House as a company limited by guarantee

·         Community Benefit Society regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

·         Community Interest Company (CIC) regulated by The Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies

·         Community Council with agreed Scheme of Establishment with the Local Authority, and a written constitution

You must read the fund guidance before starting this application to ensure this fund is suitable for your project.

The online portal will close for applications at 2pm on Tuesday 28 June 2022
