At our first Volunteer Manager’s Network of 2026 we will be investigating how we can recruit new volunteers and how to support them. Many organisations would benefit from additional volunteers however it can seem a bit daunting when potential new volunteers have additional support needs, have previous convictions or are simply looking to volunteer as a way to gain skills to move on to employment. Do you know where to go to obtain support to help you recruit and retain volunteers? This Network will provide information to help you increase your volunteer pool and make their volunteering experience a positive one for everyone.
