Connect-ED is a free monthly drop-in session for anyone aged over 50 living in East Dunbartonshire, connecting you with the information you need to live the life you want. Our ability to do daily activities declines with age. At Connect-ED find out about some of the things that help keep your mind and body healthier and stronger for longer. These are your sessions, so come along and tell us what matters to you.
Dates and venues
Sessions run 1-3pm every first Wednesday of the month at Hillhead Parish Church
Pop in for advice on: volunteering, money and benefits, what's on locally, preventing falls and slips, keeping moving, Power of Attorney and how to avoid scams.
